Sab Izel
Sab Izel sits upon the northern edge of the Sabal’Har desert and acts as a staging area for its armies. In years gone by it raided north into the Kingdom of Alenian and over the Flametip mountains into the lush land of Nemir, but since the construction of The Breach and the Alenians' willingness to trade as well as their border fortresses, it has become largely quiet, beyond the regular patrols along its borders. However, the lull in activity is a precursor for something to come, for the generals of Sab Izel long for the days of glory and seek to raise their standing in the eyes of the Emperor. Their sight has turned back to Nemir and the Kingdom of Alenian with dozens of invasion plans being conceived. The only thing holding them back is the knowledge that the other generals wish to see them fall as they themselves rise. Each faction within the army has grown suspicious of the others, to the point where the city has been sectioned into four. Each with a small fortress of its own. The generals seeks to trick the other into beginning the offensive while they devise of ways to sweep in and steal the glory. The respective factions are: The ‘Blue Falcons’ who specialise in scouting and skirmishing led by ‘Huntsmarshal Anelis’. The ‘Sand Legion’ who make up the majority of the army, filling the ranks of foot soldiers led by ‘Troopmarshal Kaln’. The ‘Bloody Reavers’ who make up the mounted section of the army led by ‘Dragonrider Hamildrath’. The ‘Ragged Beasts’ who capture, break and train monsters from their beast pens to be unleashed in battle led by ‘High Beastmaster Colemont’.
Whatever is to come is a danger to the world and the very fabric of Lenwir.
