Upon arriving at the remains of Clint's camp, Emyr worked on healing Clint.
During their time in the ruined village of Rhone, Emyr watched over the goblin, Pepin. He suggested that knowledge of the goblin's home wouldn't be of much use in finding the bandits during the interrogation.
He joined the rest of the party as they travelled north towards the bandit encampment.
After arriving at the bandit's hideout, Emyr assisted in wiping out the bandits. After expending his healing abilities, Emyr joined the fighting, although his sword skills were rusty, he managed to pull through during the final fight, killing one of the cultists with his sword.
Emyr, alongside his companions, watched as the cultist, referred to as 'L', disappeared, along with the caravan companions; Claude, Richard and Julia.
Emyr remarked on the new colour of Bazz's hair (it being the same shade of red as his own).
After returning to the village, Emyr and the others recounted what had occurred at the bandit hideout.
Emyr would take the third and final watch while the party camped out in the barn in Rhone. Zeph would remark on the similarity between the eye colour of Emyr and Seren. Emyr would state he was not familiar with anyone named Seren, he also stated that their eye colour is common in Hyllenan Nobility.
After finding the remains of the wagon on the road, Vesta would wait behind with the wagon. The group would ask that he remain with the wagon whilst they fought the ogre, which he agreed to.
After the party returned from fighting the ogre, they travelled further south where they reached a damaged bridge and a group of Road Wardens.
Emyr assisted the party in their fight against the attacking undead, he would take several severe attacks before using his holy powers to turn the undead. He would also use his magic to heal an injured Vesta.
After the fighting, Emyr agreed with Zeph's plan to burn the corpses and assisted him in building a pyre, stating that the dead may be reanimated if left on the road.
Chapter 2:
Emyr joined the party during their time in Regensthall. He would provide Guidance to Thurdon before his Ox Race.
Whilst stopping alongside the road one night on their journey to Draguilforte, Emyr took the second watch alongside Wallace. He would learn that Wallace had grown up in Gotenberg.
Whilst speaking with the "Sword Merchant", Emyr backed up Zeph whilst he interrogated the merchant, he became slightly angered when the merchant spoke about the city of Mysenia.
Emyr joined his companions; Zeph, Dank and Thurdon to investigate the attacks on merchant wagons travelling between Draguilefort and Merchant's Crossing. At the cave, Emyr climbed the cliff wall and assisted Thurdon with helping the others climb up.
In the fight with the Kobolds, Emyr mainly focused on healing his allies, he also helped Dank when he was dealt a major blow by the Kobold Sorcerer. While searching through the treasures of the cave, Emyr found a set of magical gauntlets which he gave to Zeph.
The following day, Emyr and the others discussed their adventure tracking down the beast. Emyr joined his companions to collect their reward from Martin. They party then set about gathering information on the mysterious pair who had robbed the "Sword Merchant", after finding out very little, Emyr recommended asking around the Peddler's Rest.
The party spoke with Lord Garth Redwood. He stated that he may have information but the party would need to assist him to receive it. He asked the party to clear out the town of Hawksend of the monsters that now inhabited it. Emyr accompanied his companions north, heading towards the town.
In the forest, Emyr hid alongside his companions from the passing Goblinoids but was the first to action when the goblins attacked, making a strike on one of the goblins. After the fighting, Emyr helped to stabilize a badly injured Thurdon.
Upon reaching Hawksend, the party elected to scout out the town from the east side. Emyr waited at the bottom of the cliffs with his companions, whilst Vesta and Wallace climbed up to conduct reconnaissance. He joined the party in camping in the forest for the night, ready for the attack in the morning.
Alongside his companions, Emyr followed Zeph's lead as he attempted to find a suitable spot to camp. They party found a small cave, which after being searched by Thurdon, they decided would be a safe spot to camp. Emyr assisted in gathering firewood. Whilst Wallace was out hunting and Zeph, Dank and Thurdon went out looking for him, Emyr remained at the camp with Vesta, Bazz and Orca. Emyr would share a meal of venison stew with his companion which had been prepared by Dank and Emyr.
During the night, Emyr took the second watch with Zeph. During their watch, the two share a little of their history with one another. Emyr shared a little about his upbringing, stating he had been born in Mysenia but raised in a Temple of Inuaria. Zeph also shared a his story, stating that he and his mother had lived in poverty before his father had taken him in and raised him alongside his half-siblings. He had run into trouble when studying in Gran Rydrius and eventually found his way into Clint's Caravan. Emyr stated he had been aware of Zeph's noble upbringing, pointing out Zeph's clothes.
In the morning, the party attempted to enter the town of Hawksend. They decided to enter via the main gate. Zeph attempted a persuade the guards down for an ambush but was unsuccessful. Emyr was injured during the initial fight with the gate guards but was healed by Dank.
After entering the town, Zeph attempted to sneak attack a sleeping Bugbear but was caught in the act, leading to another fight. In this wave, Wallace and Zeph were badly injured, Emyr healed an injured Wallace and spared Zeph from dying.
After the fighting, the party found the ruins of an inn to spend a short time recovering from their injuries. Emyr acted as a lookout as his wounds were minor. Following the short rest, Emyr followed his companions to the northern end of town where they took shelter in a building near the former lord's residence and assessed to situation. Emyr remained with Thurdon and Dank whilst Zeph, Vesta and Wallace completed their own tasks.
Emyr accompanied Thurdon and Dank when they spoke with the hobgoblin captain and followed the captain after he offered to escort them out of town. When the captain spotted the corpses of his companions at the main gate, Emyr assisted his companions in the ensuing fighting.
After clearing out the bandits occupying the town square, Emyr assisted his companions with their investigations of the manor. After Thurdon had made an entry point through a window on the first floor, Emyr climbed up with the assistance of Thurdon's Hookshot. Emyr joined his companions in searching through the upper-floor bedrooms.
In the main hall of the manor, Emyr was witness to the appearance of the ghost of Ulthor Hawksend, the former Lord of Hawksend, who explained that he had been killed during a raid on the town. Ulthor states that his daughter, Nazan, has been forced into servitude by the witch who now lives within the manor. Emyr agrees to help Nazan alongside his companions.
Emyr followed after Zeph as the party entered the chambers beneath the town. After Zeph activated a trap that caused the ceiling of one of the rooms to collapse and was badly injured, Emyr was able to help Zeph regain consciousness. During the fight with the undead, Emyr used a divine ritual to attempt to turn the undead.
Emyr continued to follow his companions through the underground chambers. After Wallace noticed a cracked wall in the store room of the chapel, Emyr assisted Thurdon, Vesta and Wallace in breaking through to the other side.
Emyr assisted in the fight against the Green Hag Coven, he was badly wounded by the claws of the hags Mathilde and Brandy, but was able to heal himself. After the fight had ended Emyr and Zeph proceeded to provide healing to the pregnant woman.
Emyr joined the party when they were checking through the hag's quarters. When the group were discussing how they could lift Nazan's curse, Emyr stated that he was not yet powerful enough to lift a cure of this strength.
Emyr accompanied the party back to Merchant's Crossing, assisting the injured couple along the way. After arriving at the inn, Emyr assisted Martha and Daniel in finding a suitable healer who would be able to assist them.
On the journey to Draguilforte, the party made camp for the night. Thurdon and Dank decided to try the Wandercaps that they had found in the caves beneath Hawksend. After Thurdon experienced painful side effects from the drug, Emyr provided him with some healing to help with the pain.
Chapter 3:
When the party finally arrived at Draguilforte, they found that the gates had been closed for the evening, Emyr suggested that they head to the inn in the village and try again in the morning. Emyr was present when Felix Pharmakeia approached the group.
Emyr joined his party members when Prince Yves invited them for a drink at the local inn. He listened in intently to his companions' stories but shared little of his own. Emyr was present when the party were invited to a ball at the palace. Whilst the other party members head off to socialise with the villagers, Emyr remains at the table. He joins the party when they head inside to ask the innkeeper about the mysterious pair who had robbed the 'Sword Merchant'.
Emyr shares a room with Zeph and Dank, before heading to bed, Dank shares some of the details about his vision. Dank describe the scene he had witnessed, a city of marble, an Elven man with indigo-coloured hair, a call for expansion into the west, how he had seen Zeph and Emyr in the crowd beside him. The reveal of this vision shocked Emyr, who revealed to Zeph and Dank that the man from the vision was his uncle, Iago, the High King of the Hyllena and the man who murdered his father. Zeph and Dank expressed this sympathy for Emyr and their desire to help him bring justice to his father's killer. Zeph made a promise to Emyr that he would help him in reclaiming his birthright.
The following morning, Emyr joined the rest of the party as they made their way into the city. Emyr joined his companions in their shopping trip, visiting the merchant's guild, an alchemist, a tailor and a jeweller, they also helped two kobolds in a trench coat and judged a baking contest. After being approached by a Sheepdog in a wizard hat, the party followed the dog and the sounds of disruption, finding an earth elemental going berserk in what remained of the runesmith shop. Emyr assisted his companions in the fight against the elemental, providing healing to his injured companions.
Emyr accompanied his companions to the Grand Duke's Ball, when their lack of physical invitations prevented the guards from allowing them to enter, Felix arrived to resolve the situation, Emyr followed his companions into the palace. Emyr shared a drink with his companions at the bar, afterwards he followed as they interacted with the Grand Duke's guests. Emyr followed Zeph, Dank and Thurdon to the parlor room where he joined them in speaking with the Merchant King Martin.
In the dining room, whilst Zeph was attempting to create a distraction, Emyr fooled by Dank feigning a heart attack. A concerned Emyr and one of the guards assisted in escorting Dank to the courtyard. After being sure that Dank was well, Emyr returned to the dining room to check on his other companions. He informed Zeph that Dank was alright, and while still unaware of what Zeph was trying to accomplish, he asked Zeph if it would be easier for Vesta to enter the resticted section if she disguised herself. Zeph attempted to inform Thurdon and Vesta of this but found the door to the room they had entered to be barred, he and Emyr decided to get a drink.
Emyr joined Zeph and Dank to check on the commotion in the entry hall. When the fight broke out between the Gothians and Wuulfengartens, Emyr assisted his companions against Prince Ceolmund. After the fight, Emyr provided medical assistance to Dank who had received a broken nose. Zeph, Dank, Emyr and Felix shared a drink together before heading back to the inn.
The following morning, Emyr suggested that the party split up to accomplish their goals during their last day in Draguilforte. Emyr accompanied Zeph, Thurdon and Vesta who visited the Merchant's Guild to find out if Duke Miles had responded to their letter.
When the four realised that bounties had been placed on Thurdon and Vesta for their role in the heist, Emyr followed Vesta and the others into the alley where she revealed the ring they had stolen. Emyr witnessed Thurdon place the ring on his finger which he was then unable to remove.
Emyr accompanied his companions to the Temple of Marius, where they found no help in removing the ring, and to Talon's Hideout where they learnt more about the ring but were unable to removed it. Emyr informed Thurdon that there was a great library in the city where he was born that may hold the key to removing the curse.
Heading towards the northern gate, the party passed through the market square, which was now a makeshift hospital for those afflicted with this unknown plague. Emyr approached one of the healers, an older man bearing the markings of a disciple of Inuaria, the two greeted one another warmly, Emyr appreciated seeing a member of his order. The holy man asked about the health of the party. Thurdon explained his condition, the holy man introduced himself as Friar Eslor, and examined the cursed finger, he stated this was outside of his healing abilities but he wished Thurdon luck on his journey.
Zeph asked the friar about the contagion, and he stated he was unsure of the cause, he had travelled with Prince Ceolmund from Wuulfengart after hearing about the disease. The party said their farewells to the friar, and Thurdon and Emyr washed their hands.
The four arrived at the gates of the city where they encountered Felix again, the party said their goodbyes to Zeph's brother and they made their way out of the city and got ready to leave.
Chapter 4:
During a stop for the night on their journey north to Liris, Emyr witnessed Thurdon experiencing a night terror, he was there to comfort Thurdon when he woke, he enquired Thurdon about the progress of the curse as Thurdon revealed that the effects had spread to a second finger. Emyr attempted to reassure Thurdon, stating that they will find some way to undo the curse soon.
After another day of travel, the party began to see the first signs of a settlement, as their wagon crested the hill before them they could see the farming village of Alendar before them. On the side of the road they found a broken down wagon and two men arguing, the party introduced themselves and offered their assistance to the pair, whose names they learnt were Athinar and Edward.
As the party were assisting in the repair of the wagon, they could hear sounds of screams in the distance. From the sky, a large winged creature descended and attacked a farmer in one of the fields. Whilst several of the party members rushed for cover, Emyr, Bazz and Yanna prepared themselves to fight the beast. The party manage to defend themselves and the wyvern is forced to retreat towards the mountains. After the danger has passed, the party are approached by a young farmer who thanks them for their help, he suggests the party speak with the local Alderman if they wish to help.
The party make their way into the village and head for the Alderman's Hall, the doors to the hall are guarded by a pair of children, dressed in pots and pans resembling armor. They stop the party before they can enter. Zeph tries to convince the children to allow them to enter, but they seem unconvinced. After this Thurdon steps in, he threatens to hit one of the children if they don't allow them to enter, the child begins to cry. Thurdon attempts to console the child but is unsuccessful and the children run away. Emyr questions Thurdon's methods, suggesting that the children were just playing.
The party are introduced to the Alderman, a young man named Kalen, and his advisor, Osbern. After explaining what happened in the fields, the party offer to track down and kill the wyvern for the villagers, the Alderman is receptive and a price is agreed. After exploring the village, the party heads to the inn for the evening. The following morning, the party set out towards the mountains. After some walking, the party arrive at the temple built into the base of the mountain. A group of goblinoids have set up camp outside of the temple's entrance.
