Victor Garrus

Lord Victor Garrus is the current leader of The Inquisition in Jaervor. His full title is Lord High Inquisitor.
An older gentleman, he was part of the Inquisition since his younger years, and is famous for his ability to carry out efficient missions on organised groups of mages, managing to keep them alive for questioning even under the most dire circumstances. Because of this, he became known by his troops as "The Torch of Cantra", as wherever he appeared, the city would quickly be filled with the pyres of persecuted mages.
His success in the Inquisition eventually earned him the title of Lord High Inquisitor, raising him up to nobility and securing his position of power in the Empire. He is currently one of 3 Lord High Inquisitors. Because of this, he owns a sizable portion of land around Stormkeep, making him the current ruler.
