The Duke of the Pale

The Duke of the Pale is the name that the current regent that rules over Rannalla goes by. He came into power a few years ago when he raised an army consisting of mostly Northmen of the Claws of Uthengar clans, who were promised riches, as well as some hired soldiers. He is known to be a powerful spellcaster.
