Elvish Spirits of Creation

The Elves believe that that the Elder Spirits of Creation were the first beings, who created the earth from their own essence. They no longer wander the universe as beings, but are now assimilated into the world itself. The spirits are in every tree, every cloud in the sky, every drop of water and every stone of a great mountain. The Spirits are believed to watch over their creations still, and are sometimes asked for guidance by Elven priests, known as Keepers.

Funeral Rites

When an Elf dies, they are buried in the ground, upon which their body becomes part of the cycle of life anew, and their spirit can be reincarnated into new body, be it that of another elf, a tree, or an animal.
