Elhandra, the Seeress of the Not-Wholly-Here

Elhandra appears as an older female half-elf in her later years. She looks more than 100 years old.
She has lived in Hindarskjall for at least 50 years and currently serves there as a local healer and advisor. She is known to have gifts of prophecy, which have been utilized by even some of the more influential citizens in the past years. The current Jarl, Hindar V also counts among her clientelle.
