The Nine Hells
After Arcon was slain and his body ripped through space into a new endless plane Lucious, Ruler of the Nine raised an army of devils and conquered the uppermost nine levels to use as a barrier between the material world and the demons of the Abyss. The nine levels are filled with horrific devils each level ruled over by one of Lucious' champions or Lucios himself.
Geography
The river styx flows through each of the levels and is the connection point between the upper and lower levels.
Natural Resources
Abyssal stone, brimstone and obsidian dot the landscape of the Nine Hells. Fires and lava can be found on most of the levels.
