Magically inclined Type L rank 10. Draws energy from the environment around it when using its abilities. To make up for the inability to glide it walks on suspended panels of hard light. A similar method is used to create barriers in a variety of shapes.

Personal history
As a young adult its natural abilities were frowned upon often rejected by those around it. It sustained severe damage to its wings. The only choice was to remove the damaged flesh entirely. Stayed with the Cult of the Sun while it recovered, there it was taught how to use its abilities to their full potential. Greatful for how it was treated, it stayed wishing to continue the work being done there.
Employment
Known most notably for its ability to create hard light objects. Spends most of its time training the magically inclined in Norm.

Wishes to correct the damages to the cycle appearing in Norm. It has grown incredibly concerned about the cultural rejection of magic as fewer individuals wish to even learn about it.
