Zivota

The capitol region of the high elves. Located in the Eastern region of Kélesy, reaching from the Kyvôd ocean to the sea of Ubok. Heavily forested area. Capitol city is Mesóti. Most valuable things and places are available in high elven or potentially wood elven cities. Non-elven cities have at least one elven representative that takes care of establishing that town’s education and general well being.
