It is right after breakfast Realm Stryder of the Stryder family just arrived at the Red Tempest Academy. He is facing his first lesson of the day Science.

“Alright class, settle down. It is time to begin the lesson.” Professor Phaelyn Blackwood came in and walked without looking to her desk. In front of the classroom. “I said settle down, Realm Stryder. It is not because your new I will give you an easy pass.'' The young vampire sat down, he looked forward to his first lesson at the academy. He took his book out of his leather backpack.
“We will study today the magic that is the bloodberry.” Realm frowned this was not the subject where he was hoping for. He hoped to do some experiments with fire and hazardous substances, but he swallowed his disappointment in and focused more on what the professor was saying. “The bloodberrie is our great food source, does somebody know why?” Realm rolled with his eyes of course he knew why, every vampire knew why. He didn't accept that one of his classmates would raise up their hand. Still one girl did raise her hand and answered the question. Professor Blackwood nodded.
“Well now we are going to do a little experiment. We are going to make a jam from those berries.” Professor Blackwood pointed to the experiment corner which was covered with white tiles. On each one of those tables was standing a bucket with the red berries. The rest of his classmates already stood up and walked in groups to the white corner.  “Your name was Realm Stryder, right?” He looked up, the girl how just raised her hand was standing in front of him, he nodded. “Yes, I moved in today.” She gave him a smile. “Well my name is Nathalia Books, nice meeting you.” She looked towards the white corner where the others already were busy with cutting the berries in half. “Shall we do this assignment together?” He nodded and stood up from his chair. 
"I thought that this was Science?" Nathalia nodded. "It is but Professor Blackwood doesn't like science, so we are cooking things instead." "Why doesn't she like the subject that she teaches?" Nathalia shook her shoulders.  "I don't know, but do yourself a favor do not ask her."  Realm nodded and focused himself to the cutting of bloodberries, while Nathalia was busy with the Gelatin.
The school bell rang, the lesson was over. Just when Nathalia poured their jam in a jar. She closed the lid and walked back to her bag pack. "Well Realm, I hope you liked this lesson." Realm turned around professor Blackwood was standing behind them. He nodded.  "Well i should go to my next lesson." Professor Blackwood nodded and Realm walked back to his bag pack and walked out of the classroom.
