Hunter Policy Handbook
This basic handbook is updated each year, serving as a complement to the much thicker handbook recruits use in the academies. This condensed version is meant to be kept on hand in a hunter's field gear to serve as a reference.
Purpose
A succinct handbook detailing hunter policies and legal requirements. Meant to be consulted on the job. This handbook condenses the relevant sections of the Treaty of Blood, the Fae Codes, and other essential legal knowledge.

Publication Status
This document is updated every year by the National Huntmaster's office. The amended guide is mailed to all hunters in active roles in a registered agency as well as in bulk to each registered academy.
Historical Details
Background
A manual for hunters has existed since the founding of the first agency. Over the years, these manuals have been expanded and then broken into various subsets. Currently, the United States National Huntmaster's office approves and publishes twenty-seven separate documents, among them this policy manual. The other documents include an academy textbook, a main policy manual (currently a two-hundred and fifty page book) and several public service bulletins.
