Mining Guild

The Mining Guild acts as a coalition that supports the safety and success of mining worldwide. The guild is young, having formed in the 5th Epoch in response to the technological renaissance, and rise of industrialism. It also formed to increase the effectiveness of Esperite mining as the demand for it has risen. The shared knowledge, guidelines, and standards mandated by the guild have helped combat the extremely dangerous conditions of Esperite mining, saving lives. Standardized training has also allowed for the newest techniques and technologies to be distributed faster, benefiting all miners. This guild has also pioneers a number of technologies, such as Aether powered tools, which have increased safety and efficiency for miners and various other laborers.
This guild often works in tandem with the Mercenaries Guild, hiring guards to protect their workers from the elementals that are often found at Esperite mines.
