Kalle

Small vegetable-folk, Kalle resemble sprouts of kale or other green vegetables with small faces. They are normally eaten by herbivores, being mostly defenseless from all attacks with only the ability to waddle around and absorb sunlight.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Kalle resembles stalks of kale with a fat lump at the bottom that had a small mouth and 2 beady black eyes. Sprouting out of the sides of the lump is 2 stubby legs and arms that Kalle use to navigate their surroundings.

Genetics and Reproduction

Kalle spread seeds as they walk, shaking them off of their body when the time is right. After about 3 weeks if the seed gets the right amount of rain and sunlight they will sprout into a fully grown Kalle.

Growth Rate & Stages

Kalle seems to never age, staying the same green color and living indefinitely unless killed.

Ecology and Habitats

Kalle normally live where the ground is soft and easy to dig because they create small burrows that act as their homes. During the night they plant their lump of a body in the ground, making their stalk resemble a normal plant.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Kalle absorbs sunlight and water like a normal plant except when hibernating during the winter when sun and water are not required to survive.

Biological Cycle

Kalle hibernate in their burrow all winter, but they maintain that green color that they are known for.
