Newbiggin Shattered, Oracle of Metal Born

Stevanas Hareth, The Mad Oracle of Lore, vanishes during his (successful) attempt to create an artificial Oracle, and his Oracle powers pass to a newborn Loxodon in Redgarden, Yarmin Smalltooth, Second Oracle of Lore. The resulting magical explosion destroyed a quarter of the city, now deemed The Broken Quarter, and left an impenetrable barrier around The Osmium Tower, where Stevanas had worked. Around a year after the explosion, strange pink trees began to grow all around the affected area, creating a mythical forest in the middle of the city.
