Student and Keeper of Stevanas Hareth, The Mad Oracle of Lore, as well as the Greaves of Vaka.
Mysteriously born with runic tattoos in the city of Redgarden, Yarmin was haunted throughout his youth by the spectre of The Mad Oracle, pushing him towards Newbiggin's Broken Quarter in order to close the rift created by the Greaves of Vaka during an experiment gone wrong. Gifted as a mage, he was never able to unlock his Oracular abilities, even with assistance from the Celestials themselves, who ultimately told him that only The Mad Oracle could help him. As the young Loxodon reached adulthood, he set out across the Great Ocean towards the First City. After arriving in the city and heading to the Broken Quarter, the mage closed the rift in Stevanas' tower, freeing him from his temporal prison, and unlocking Yarmin's Oracle powers. His body long dead, Stevanas now exists as a shade eternally attached to the Greaves of Vaka, sharing advice and wisdom of ages long past with Yarmin and any who seek it.
First encountered by the party during the Trial of the Stars.
