Stevanas Hareth, The Mad Oracle of Lore

Born in the city of Lakius in the years before the sundering, Stevanas was the first mortal blessed with the power of Lore and wielder of the Greaves of Vaka since the Sundering. After successfully reviving his friend, Ragnar Darkshield, as the Oracle of Bones, he attempted to create an entirely artificial Oracle of Metal. He was successful, creating 2B0RN072B, The Oracle of Metal. However, the resulting magical surge destroyed his body and bound his spirit to the Greaves of Vaka. His powers passed to the newly born Yarmin Smalltooth, whom Stevanas coerced into freeing him and activating his own latent Oracular Abilities. Reverse engineered the Greaves of Vaka, allowing him to ascertain the true nature of the Creator goddess. This has enabled him to create the Tomb of Vaka to monitor the Artifacts, as well as create Oracles outright.
