Tallibabbite Quali
The Talibabbite Quali is the last of its kind, and the oldest, too. The land of Tallifir's Arm was the only other long-lasting Quali, and the two countries have close diplomatic ties because of this. The Tallibabbite Quali has governed Tallibab for over a century. The qual (those who participate in the Quali) come from every corner and remote region in Tallibab, and are not limited to humans. Indeed, dwarves, elves, half-elves, half-orcs, tieflings, and others have their qual that meet at Shoeto Rock south of God Mountain, the big, central mountain.
