Proud and stern female Hurfil, ruler of Oasis. She is a long-standing ruler without much hassle getting her way. She is not seen as tyrannical by her people, no, they view her with approval. Many believe she's aligned secretly with the Aebarak, though this is officially denounced.
Wears a milky turban with a purple, sheen ribbon wrapped up. Gold jewelry adorn her neck and fingers to signify her rank and Lady of Oasis.
Despite her shiny reputation, Lady Chilno does have her fair share of muck. In a recent controversy, Lady Chilno was found praying to Moradin more often than Pelor over the course of several weeks. This rumor ran around Solomon's Mill, the large rockmill on the northside of town. The Lady respectfully declined saying she just prayed in private. This did not help dissuade others from believing her ties to Aebarak.
