"The cart careens out of the tunnel, the track abruptly ending in a large cavern. Jewels embedded in the walls glimmer with a soft luminescence, casting a gorgeous glow across the cave. Aside from the tunnel containing the track, there are two exits to this chamber - both vast yet claustrophobic."
The Trebuchan Mines are one of Uthilith's largest cave systems, extending beneath all of House Althis' territory in Iacchus Argentum. The bulk of the cave system is present along the west coast of the continent, but House Seiruf has reported finding connective shafts to the Mines over in the Calibran Mountains. Though most Iacchans are aware of the existence of the Mines in some capacity, few are aware of their true purpose - an extensive routing system for the lair of Prime Ancestor Thýellus. At its most magically active point is the cavernous lair of the dragon, a highly electrical storm-prone point where the dragon can freely come and go.
Deep beneath shifting sands of a golden desert sleeps a wyrm of azure...
As of CY 1700, the centric lair of the Trebuchan Mines are owned by Halcyon Thýella, the last known living Iacchan descendant who has explicitly manifested draconic powers.
