Summer Court

Structure
The Summer Court is both a subsidiary organization and the dominant power within the greater Seelie Court. Unlike the Unseelie Court, the role of Seelie Regnant is never possessed by the Spring Court (also described as the sister court to the Summer Court). However, all four seasonal aspects of the Feywild are indebted to the Seasonal Gods for preventing the total destruction of the plane amidst the Second Great Calamity, and thus the Summer Court places more reverence in the Everchase Notus than even their own rulers. The structure of power is as follows:
Ciden -> Notus -> Seelie Regnant (currently possessed by Titania) -> Presiding Archfey (technically possessed by Titania, but the bureaucratic aspects of the role are delegated to her husband Oberon) -> localized Archfey -> miscellaneous 'civilian' fey
Culture
The Summer Court is guided by the emotion of spontaneity, causing this to be the most whimsical of the four Fey courts. Everything is done at the whim of another: generally, these are innocent actions (for example, choosing to rest in trance while amidst another activity or designing some of the most elaborate couture in the multiverse for one-off events), but they can also tread into the territory of what mortals would consider malicious (such as collecting mortals to perform "The Eternal Dance", a ritual in which mortals dance until their deaths in service to an archfey).
This Court is sometimes referred to by Goblinoids and Pixies as "the Shopper's Court", as the capital Sollys has one of the most vibrant markets in all of the Multiverse. A massive variety of goods can be found there, ranging from little trinkets to legendary artifacts like the Deck of Many Things.
Public Agenda
The Summer Court's overarching goal is to simply have a good time. If something goes against this philosophy, they will try to cut it off in service of hedonistic pleasure.
This exists in many forms - bacchanalian revelry, high regency courtship, activities of mischief, the list goes on! If you enjoy having fun, then the Summer Court will welcome you with open arms.
History
The Summer Court has been the most unchanged of the four Fey courts since Genesis, as Titania's immense power has kept the entire region afloat. Thus, there have been no regime changes since prior to the Second Great Calamity, and Titania has maintained control over the region since well before then.
