Updated Reincarnate

In Uthilith, there are many methods to resurrection. However, if diamonds are impossible or too difficult to come by, one may attempt to resurrect the dead into a new form - healing their wounds but bringing them back with a different appearance.   In being reincarnated, the deceased's new form will retain the natural life span of their original form. If one happens to be reincarnated into an Elf from say, a Goblinoid, they will only live out the rest of a goblin's original life span, aging as they would as if they were still a a goblin.   There are two methods to reincarnation: the spell cast by a Druid of sufficient level and cost, or a ritual that calls upon the core elements of the world to create a new form. The latter is significantly more difficult, but if no druid is available, then it's very much a possibility.
The original description for Reincarnate is as follows:   You touch a dead humanoid or a piece of a dead humanoid. Provided that the creature has been dead no longer than 10 days, the spell forms a new adult body for it and then calls the soul to enter that body. If the target’s soul isn’t free or willing to do so, the spell fails.   The magic fashions a new body for the creature to inhabit, which likely causes the creature’s race to change. The GM rolls a d100 and consults the following table to determine what form the creature takes when restored to life, or the GM chooses a form. (This form is in an updated table at the end of the document.)   The reincarnated creature recalls its former life and experiences. It retains the capabilities it had in its original form, except it exchanges its original race for the new one and changes its racial traits accordingly (with the exception of aging).   Material components for this spell require 1,000gp of rare oils and unguents.
The other ritual is as follows, gifted to Helga of Clan Meadowguard by an Aberran druid.   Reincarnation differs from resurrection in that the process of regaining life requires transformation into a new form – that is to say, the form is given to the earth and returned in whatever way The Lord of the Mountain deems fit.     Thus, a different selection of materials is required (beyond the mundanity of gems).     To reincarnate someone who has been deceased for longer than the base period of ten days, the following components are needed for a successful ritual:
The virulent spray of dragon’s breath;

A cube of ice that never melts;

Electrical energy, called down from the heavens;

Bottled flame of blue to set the corpse alight;

Soil from which the deceased’s blood hath spilt.

Collect these ingredients, and whomever you choose will return to the world of the living in a form far more beautiful than their base creation.
