The first Line of Ley Railway was established by Dr. Wyndi Čeloscas, connecting the Iacchan capital of Sakha with the Avena Monastery in the mid-1680s. The technology has since been spread across the world, most recently to connect the Occidental capital of Fenrir with the Eastern Kingdom city-state of Hresvelg.
