Fey-touched

The state of becoming fey-touched isn't quite as literal as the name would lead you to believe. Rather than being literally touched by a Fey, becoming fey-touched simply means that you've, at some point, entered a realm where the magical energy was bounded more by fey creatures than any other. 
The easiest way to go about becoming fey-touched is to accidentally stumble into the Feywild. Portals created by mischievous creatures are quite ubiquitous in the world of Uthilith, particularly on Equinoxes or Solstices where the reigns of the season are passed between the Court of Seasons.
Being fey-touched generally lacks any harmful effects, unless the condition was imposed unto you by a Fey with ill intentions. It does grant one major boon, however - the ability to traverse the Lost Woods in northern Faron without becoming lost. This was by decree of Titania, the Equinoctial Queen.
