Fey
"Fey... I hesitate to even begin to describe them, in spite of my upbringing. So diverse, so chaotic - yet the way they act is still strangely rational."
-Ceridwen Dancamort's foreword in Dr. Wyndi Čeloscas' text Politics Within Chaos, CY 1670
Basic Information
Ecology and Habitats
Fey do not sleep, which is a trait passed down all the way to their modern Elf descendants. Instead, they enter brief trances to regain their energy and magical powers - though the most powerful of fey (known as Archfey) need not do so.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Fey are notoriously difficult to beguile, either through magical or mundane means. Anyone foolhardy enough to do so must take precautions, or they'll easily have their own attempts reversed back at them.
