Uthilith and religion are inextricably tied to one another, and thus the world contains many who have been granted gifts by the Gods themselves. Clerics are the most common branch of caster in the world, and therefore the largest proportion of gifted casters are clerics.

There are two sub-branches of cleric that are officially recognized by the U5 and Coalition of Religious Order: healing clerics and battle clerics.
Healing clerics make up the vast majority of the world's cleric population, and they inhabit every religious institution in the world. These priests serve as both figureheads within their respective churches and as healers of the sick. Although they can heal injuries and basic disease, anything beyond that is delegated to arcane medical practitioners.
Battle clerics are but a small subset of all clerics, and they tend to fall much more in line with zealotry than their healing counterparts. These clerics carry the abilities to harm, maim, and destroy. This makes them ideal for warriors and soldiers, but the perception of battle clerics is often looked on with disdain by the general population.
