Axiom Church of Enaldirianism
In accordance with Flodfald law, the state religion in the Occidental Kingdom of Chaelwyth is that of Axiom Enaldirianism. This particular denomination of Enaldirianism forgoes works it considers to be ‘apocryphal’ and thus ‘false in the eyes of truth’ – the philosophies of Saint Cethleann Cichol are ignored in favor of their three holy texts, combined into a single book. These are Genesis (the foundational text of every faith in Uthilith), Sacrament (the tales of the ‘founder’ and her rituals in devotion to ideals of truth and justice), and Candor (that describes through various stories the ways followers of the faith should act). Every citizen within the Occidental Kingdom (specifically Fenrir, other locations have much more relaxed policing of faith) is required to be at minimum a ‘twice-a-year’ Enaldirian, attending services on major holidays of the faith. If an individual has a different faith, it’s frowned upon but tolerated (of course, as long as it isn’t of Achlýs or Dydos). Temples and churches of religions beyond that of Axiom Enaldirianism cannot be found within the boundaries of Fenrir – you’ll have to visit one of the more rural towns for that. Axiom Enaldirianism also runs the judicial system within Fenrir, as “truth begets justice.”
