Primary Avatar: A gnome with goggles of many glasses, a silver apron, and dragonfly wings. A satchel at his waist holds every tool he needs. In stories, he is always brushing snow off of himself when he first appears.

Epochian walks on the planetary rings in the sky over Urth. The outer ring is called the Enock or Epoch as that is where his feet fall. The outer ring has visual "spokes" where spots thin creating dark blotches that spin around. Those are said to be caused by his footfalls. Epochian has a massive time device, the size of a mountain. It is an orrery of Urth. Rings spin with time, changing seasons, changing days, and moving the heavens. The celestial objects move around Urth with lights tracing their orbits through the heavens. This is Heaven's Clock. It controls the passage of time. Epochian is forever tinkering here, making adjustments. When he walks on the rings at Heaven's Clock is when his footsteps are supposed to show in the rings in the sky. As the tinkerer and engineer of the gods, he is constantly working on his creations. Lore says he has ten thousand brilliant kobolds working for him at all times. They are all brilliant engineers. They are known as the Kobees. Sometimes, he sends a kobee to help someone in need, typically with mechanical or physical issues. People wake up to find devices fixed perfectly, clocks ticking, jewelry mended. Utensils will be straightened, doors and floors will no longer creak, windows don't jam. These little things annoy the kobees, so when they go to help someone, they end up fixing silly little things that bother them, too. If something suddenly isn't broken, people say a kobee was here. He is prayed to by engineers, tinkerers, and jewelers. Those that work on tiny things are particularly aligned with Epochian. Anyone involved in tracking time or building clocks may attract him with their prayers. Since he is master of the passage of time, people pray to him to slow time to enjoy a moment or to delay the inevitable. Epoch Clocks usually stand in town centers and major buildings. This clock has multiple concentric rings that track seconds, minutes, turns, hours, days, weeks, local seasons, year, the local wet and dry seasons, hours of daylight, the orbits of the moons Smote and Wiidrahn, and the brightness or shadows on the rings. The position of the sunrise and set is usually built into horizontal wheels if the clock is at ground level. Other celestial bodies may be tracked. Epochian can be one of the most powerful of the Gods due to his control of one of the greatest mysteries: Time. Gods will petition him for favors and adjustments. Epochian has constructed several clockwork creations for different gods. Many of which are quite gigantic. An example would be the Wargrue, a mechanical war suit for Ahgressi that is a massive metal centipede. Ahgressi stands at the front, his lower body inside the suit. Each segment can produce different weapons or tools. Chained to the back are seven large metal globes that float and bob, each covered in multiple mechanical irises. Each iris opens to function similarly to a beholder's eyestalk. Ahgressi using this vehicle of devastation to end long, pointless wars. Enoch has a fondness for cats of all breeds and sizes. He is said to be the cause of cats having nine lives. If a person kills a cat for no good reason, Enoch may appear (1%-6% chance) and take revenge. The cruelty and viciousness of the act increase the likelihood. A common punishment is that he takes twenty years from the killer and gives it back to the cat. The person becomes twenty years older. Epochian and Eskendrell had two twin (fraternal) children: Fattum(Destin) and [Forchuna. They are forever bickering, which infuriates Epochian as a waste of time and energy.
