Nikola Hargreeves
Nikola Hargreeves is the third son of Sir Bernard Hargreeves, a renowned alchemist of new money, and he himself is a renowned alchemist. However, during the summer of 1182, Nikola along with the rest of Class of 1182 was kidnapped by Vael Dwo. Nikola himself was forcibly turned, but he escaped and returned to the academy to exact his patiently brewed revenge upon his kidnappers.

Nikola doesn't care for much unless it’s related to alchemy. He has a morbid curiosity, and that morbid curiosity often leads him to explore places he wouldn’t even go with a firearm.

Dyatlov (kidnapper): Nikola worked alongside Dyatlov for about 3 months and has an almost complete indifference for him. Both of them generally minded their own space, but Nikola eventually ran when he saw an opportunity to.
Alfred von Krolock (former master): Three years ago, Nikola apprenticed for Alfred. He greatly enjoyed working with Alfred, and Alfred refers to Nikola as "the most talented apprentice I've ever had the pleasure of working with".
Chanterelle Cinnabarinius (former classmate): Nikola has nothing but annoyance for his former classmate. Chanterelle saw him as a constant competitor, and Nikola saw her as a mere thorn in his side. Chanterelle resents him to the point of self-harming to guilt trip the professors.
Azaloth de Fleur (boyfriend): Nikola has accidentally cuddled Azaloth a few times and was VERY aware that Azaloth had feelings for him. Luckily, it was mutual. Nikola loves shy emo boys.

Nikola has a very straightforward manner of speech, but often spurts out alchemical jargon that nobody understands except him.
