Shiera Stormsong (a.k.a. The Wavemaiden)
Shiera Stormsong was the chaotic good goddess of the sea, journeys, beauty, song, dance, freedom, moonlight, storms, and favorable winds, within the Naghronian pantheon. She was the patroness and protector of the few sailors and pirates ones who still remembered her and longed for her return to the world and refound power. Her following dreamed of trade with other peoples , and to abandon the endless fear and coruption that dominated the lives of most sailors. She was often referred to as the The Waveaiden, the Lady of the Dance, or Lady Silverhair, and sometimes The Water Dancer, among other titles. Briefly, she was known as Lady Seasmoke, while her faith disapaired and she became nothing more than a local legend.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
As an avatar, Shiera appeared as a humanoid female of extraordinary beauty. She was 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall, with long, strong, graceful limbs and tranclusent, blue skin. Her face was like that of a mother, with delicately sculpted features and shape, but her hair was ankle-length, of a glowing silver hue, and her eyes large, with irises that held a shifting hint of silver like moonstones. She usually appeared unclad, cloaked only by her hair and silvery radiances that were ever-moving about her body. Her voice was soft, warm, and carried a sweet musicality within itself. Mortals were instinctively drawn to it, but such attraction didn't cloud their minds, nor was of magical origin: it was as simple as the sound of a beautiful song.
Overall, Shiera's appearance inspired utter awe and astonishment, as well as emotions so deep to move mortals to tears. Those who contemplated her could feel as if they had found the answer to all that their soul ever longed for, but upon her leaving, they would experience a feeling of deep loss, or even desolation, though only for a brief time (as Morthos felt when the Water Dancer manifested to him, warning him of the dangers of his journey to come).

She watches over nature, good harvest, grants protection from washing away in storms, guides the passage of ships, and protects smaller folk.

It was believed that Shiera may have once been a mortal of elven decent who disapaired at sea and emerged as a minor goddess. She was free, chaotic and impulsive, and did not like to stay in any one place for too long.

She approached life with a gnome-like demeanor, curious to see what lay beyond the horizon and always willing to trade stories of travels. Hers was the rare spirit of human exploration, and the spark of curiosity his followers associated with bursts of lightning.

Vices & Personality flaws
As a young goddess, Shiera was a free spirit, with a moody and wild side and an unpredictable temper. Even as she matured, these traits never really left her: she had a fiery streak and was prone to wild action, especially in protection of her faithful when they were harmed. The evil that was inflicted upon—and perpetuated by—most pirates caused a burning anger within her, one that could cause her to lash out
