For this, he was known, feared and hated by many in the multiverse. So feared is Salvador that pronouncing his name is severely punished and seen as taboo.

He visited The Realm of Urbûn in the late 20s AC to lead a movement to methodically kill any and all spellcasters, causing the onset of the Calamity.
While Salvador claimed to use his powers to help people, it was done with ulterior motives and he asked for their aid in exchange for his help. Those who resisted his will were purged. Aware of the feud between civilians and advenurers, Salvador encouraged it to acquire more power and supporters. Salvador committed all these crimes, claiming he was bringing order to the world.

Perhaps due to his confidence and immense power, he has a calm and condescending demeanor, confident even when thwarted. Salvador prefers to use forceful actions rather than emotional words.
Salvador was shown to be quite self-absorbed and obsessed with his powers as he himself stated that he is unable to resist killing a mage or adventurer once they piques his interest, much like a hoarder, even if he never truly had any real need for killing the mage/adventurer to begin with.
Despite his power and authority, Salvador is respectful with his subordinates and associates being generally polite rather than patronizing, although this can be construed as a means to maintain his status.
