Jack Baker
High Magus Jack Baker
Jack Baker is the current High Magus of the Esoteric League. He was born in Lotium, and worked as a private investigator there for many years, before being forced out by the Mekonite Mob. He became one of the Heroes of Sorligien, and helped stop the Death Knight Zalduun Riteres at the Battle of Ostrum, participated in an expedition to the New World, helped to liberate Sorligien from the Aboleths, and fought in the Second and Third Ciprosian Wars. He also helped to free his home city of Lotium from Nicilian occupation, before eliminating the Mekonite Mob.
Following his adventuring career, he became the High Magus of the Esoteric League and assisted Lotium in founding several colonies in the New World. He continued to assist the colonies their unification into the United States of Bakeria, a name that was chosen partially in his honour. He possesses a mobile floating castle, and his whereabouts at any given time are rarely known.
