The Liberti Caverns

Twisting underground caverns dedicated to worship of the Liberti Conclave. Full of lush fungal gardens and misty caves that dance with strange ghostly lights. Many of the Liberti Sects meet here to practice their varied rites.
There are rumours that these caves have hidden passageways that lead all the way up to secret doors in the chambers of the Council of the Orders.
Rumours say that a newly-excavated tunnel in the Caverns leads to a secret under-city - the domain of The Rat King ☺ .
