Postov Square

Often referred to as Embassy Square, or sometimes Scribe's Square in a derogatory fashion, the Postov quarter is where envoys and diplomats from far and wide across the Mælstrom come to meet, broker and debate.
Located just beyond the formal limits of The Rookery, though many often try to suggest the Square is actually part of the Rookery itself, Postov Square is home to the temporary homes, embassies, meeting halls and counting houses of the city's diplomatic class.
Much of what happens in the Square is formality only - the true power brokering and diplomacy often occurs in the seedier, darker parts of Ur.
