A grandiose tavern that offers indulgences and vices from all corners of the Mælstrom, the Duke has and (most believe) always will be the lodestone that keeps Postov Square (and, indeed, formal diplomacy at all) a reality in Ur.
The tavern is a place where those professionals of the trade - envoys, diplomats, politicians, bankers - can take a moment to lay down their burdens and indulge themselves, and one another, in ways the general public might not always fully understand.
