A great monument, surrounded by an open plaza that makes up the center of Postov Square, marks the Scales themselves. This open bazaar is one that deals in civility, diplomacy and the nuance of politics, rather than the mundane wares one might find elsewhere in Ur.
It's arguable that most of the theatre of foreign relations and politics happens here, out in the open, while the true diplomacy occurs behind the closed doors of the The Danus Suda and the even truer, rawer realm of politics happens at The Duke.
