Minds are the result of special training pioneered by the Maxim Club that allows the recipient to store vast libraries of information in their mind.
Many Maxim Club members, Clock Tower faculty and High Masks undergo some training, especially if they practice Chant Magic. Higher levels of training can improve abilities even further, adding analytical skills, but this can excise much of the practitioner's emotions and personality, so it is typically reserved for servants.
