Kingdom of Giltbough

The Kingdom of Giltbough was formed around the giant fir tree with golden wood and needles growing at the center of its capital city. One of the oldest kingdoms in the land, Giltbough has historically been one of the major powers but is currently in a state of decline. Throughout its history, the Kingdom of Giltbough has been ruled by families of multiple different tribes, but mostly by squirrels. Dynasties are noted by the species name of the current ruling family. The current ruler, the Vulpine Queen Elisabet IV is trying to hold her country together, leveraging the large reserves of magical energy to strengthen trade lines with the neighboring kingdoms.
