The Fall of Kazus

After leading several successful campaings against the forces of Maferath, Kanan confronts Kazus the First, the chief of the Balor and slays him in the Savanna of Fefiera.

And thusly, along with the other Avatars of Creation, Kanan traveled the world while Maferath rested. And with the power of Cidon he raised armies and brought about a great slaughter upon the servants of evil and slew many of the Balor inasmuch as the remaining Balor fled the mortal plane and took up their residence in the great emptiness that is called the Infinite Levels of the Abyss.

  With Maferath resting, Kanan lead the other Avatars of Creation in war against the Balor and the armies of Maferath. He sent dispatches to all of the various world leaders, imploring them for aid and sending the other Avatars as aids to help the mortals being oppressed by Maferath's followers. In time he raised an army large enough to challenge Maferath's strongest ally, the Fefieran Empire. Sneaking his army on ships into the homeland of the empire they struck at its heart and in three short years had nearly destroyed the Empire. It was at this time that Kazus the First flew from his realm in Aldir to Fefiera to challenge Kanan directly. The result was an epic fight that singers still sing songs about today, and when the dust settled, Kazus was slain.
