Captain of the Guard Vance None Connor (a.k.a. Captain Vance)

A Captain in the House Guard of Lord Tanner, Vance and his unit have been assigned to Northcrest for the past six months to "keep the peace on the frontier." For the past week they have had their hands full helping manage the village while dealing with the epidemic afflicting the region.

General Physical Condition

Vance is a wiry individual, not very bulky as far as muscle is concerned, but what muscle there is is toned and sharp.

Vance has a long and narrow face that tapers down to an even more narrow jaw. He generally is clean shave, and his hair is shoulder length, straight and parted down the middle.

Vance is almost always wearing the standard garb of the Tanner's garrison: dark brown leather armor with a dark forest green cloak and the crest of House Tanner impressed into the leather chestplate above the right breast.

Vance has spent his entire life on Tanner lands, although he is new the Wyvern Foothills. He joined the guard when he was fifteen as a squire and page, but rose through the ranks due mostly to his dedicated service and natural leadership abilities.

Vance is only 24 years old and, while that it not the youngest soldier to have ever achieved the rank of Captain, it still bears noting that he is younger than most of the men that serve under him.
