Harl Shuk
The once-hidden Dark elf city, Harl Shuk translates to under market and is called such to outsiders due to being the only area allowed by non-elves. The entrance is hidden behind a rock formation but is large enough for even a battle galley to sail through. The town is split into two sections divided by a massive wall. The lower city bares the name Harl Shuk and is open to anyone who doesn't break the law. The Upper city's name is unknown and sits on a cliff face, topped with the obsidian wall, overlooking the lower city. A sing;e ramp joins the two parts with a gatehouse constantly garrisoned by elite Drow warriors.
Upper city
Very little is known about the upper city, other than the fact that only Elves are allowed to enter, and like all of the elvan hidden cities non talk about what's in it. What is known is the large obsidian foundries are what gave the city its wealth, also many elves are thought to be skilled craftsmen and enchanters, many of which do business in the lower city.Docks
The first part of the lower city any newcomer sees. A vast network of warehouses, bunk houses, and dock offices. These are separated by alleyways and streets. Four large piers go out into the cove being able to eight ships with a squeeze.Market
In a small area at the foot of the ramp stands the market, many stalls dot the area with a stage close to the center, next to a fountain. Around the edge of the market are actual stores that sell more specialized wear from the upper city. Able to get near anything in the market, it is a popular stop for ship crews.
