Queen Evangelina Karase Valbanise (a.k.a. Eva)
The queen of The White City, Eva is one of the oldest beings on the planet. Guiding the white city through some of the hardest events of history with poise and wisdom. Born as a slave in Drake Vil some point before the Rebel age as Evangelina Karase Valbanise, she was favored by her master, Lagrigoyi, due to her keen mind and natural magical ability. Trained by her master and at The Draconic Library, Eva became skilled at both statecraft, managing her master's estate, and divination magic. Her powers also soothed the damaged mind of Malkav, her master's attempt at making the perfect bodyguard.
She arrived in the white city shortly after its founding and had become queen by 200 Rebel, Using an old gift from Malkav as her crown. Said to know the fate of the city before it happens, she quite often makes the necessary political moves before anyone else even sees the problem, often getting the white city in a better position than it should be allowed. She normally leaves basic city running to the Senate and her council while she deals with the 'big picture, going on diplomatic missions or guiding the senate to specific things. The only time this wasn't the case was during the Empire of Akoom's height when she took sole control.
Personality and abilitys
Despite her young appearance, which often leads to her being underestimated. Known as the only person to sit opposite a Waterbane and not end up with a very one-sided deal, Eva seems to be able to sense people's emotions and tells. Kind and understanding, listening to everything before making comments or judgments. She does try to see the best in everyone, though will be merciless when forced. She has a sweet charm, putting people at ease, even while speaking with authority. Well-educated Eva has both a keen mind for a large selection of subjects and a master of the arcane arts, focused mainly on divination and illusion. Despite her arcane power, she has seemingly never cast a necromantic spell, even being caught off-guard by them several times.Apperance
Eternally youthful, Eva is incredibly pretty, with her long blonde hair often tied over one shoulder. Often wearing practical plane clothes with the exception of the Crown of the White city on her head.In a Name
Eva is unique due to her age. While in an official capacity as queen she will go by Queen Eva, Whereas when out and doesn't necessarily want her identity known she'll use her actual name, Evangelina Karase. She, for some reason only she knows, never uses her last name.
