Rashiar

Rashairs are semi-corporeal creatures which have a strong affinity for strong emotions in others. Usually peaceful, some are insane or cursed.
As a species, they are tied strongly to the The Cyrkransis and the shafts which power each of the wands. They are primarily referenced during the times before Coalesences. Where they came from is unknown.
One of their leaders, the The Famine King, led several of them to a cursed existence.
