Unlike the other, Winged Dragons the Crimson Dragons love to throw parties, get together, and eat food enjoying everyone's company. This love of spending together is one of the biggest reasons why they throw large parties for their children.

History

Since the Crimson Dragons live around volcanoes and other dangerous places their young can die pretty early on regardless of how many hatchlings or dragonlings there are. So the dragons have taken to celebrate every year of their young lives because every year is precious. The tradition of naming a young dragon at their first birthday because of smaller dragons not being able to survive near lava that can be found within some of the dragon's homes.

Execution

Birthdays are celebrated with a roasted feast prepared with a volcanic vent. Once the food is cooked it is eaten and the people talk and socialize there is some dancing and the birthday dragon is given necklaces of flowers and other smaller trinkets. If it is the dragon's first birthday they are given a name that signifies who they were during the first year of life.
