Personal history
A red-scaled tyrannical dragon born who rule Tundra's Shroud with an iron fist. Argent initially ran him off, before he (Argent) left to go adventuring. Later, the party returned to Tundra's Shroud to discover that he had resumed rule in Argent's absence. At some point after his exile from the city, Kashanov had struck some sort of bargain with an entity called the Hunger, killed a purple worm, and acquired weapons from the Ahm Empire. The party defeated him, though in doing so triggered the deaths' of most of Tundra's Shroud residents.
