As if some strange hybrid between town and forest, Understand is a sprawling, but loosely populated settlement on the very north of Blackreach's territory.

The way the trees intermingled with the buildings made it hard to tell where the forest ended and the town began. It was only when I stumbled into the foyer of a merchants hall while brushing through the foliage, that I knew I have entered civilization at all.
