Ournumbra is what always follows us, from the moment of life to the moment of death. She gives us plenty of room and walks so slowly, but as we grow old, we too grow slower. But she who follows never breaks her step. Eventually, we move slower than she does and she catches up to us like an old friend. [ She always looks so fearsome when looked back on. But she is not in any great rush to catch us. In truth, it is often one of the Other Death gods that will claim us. "When we are caught the who caught us take us first, then we are given to any who lais a claim. Fate will save us from the darkest of forces unless we have turned our back on all that is good within the world."
