Dema-Thayde

Born from the essence of the gods on the material plane, Dema-Thayde are bond by their very being to the entity they came from.
Each Dema-Thayde is different and their looks, temperament, morals and abilities are wholly dependent on who their god; And what their god was feeling at the time of the Dema-Thayde's birth. Their holy nature gives them an inbuild connection to their divine creator, affording them cosmic protection from the machinations of other gods; So long as they stay in good stead with their creator. Like a Cleric or Paladin, this protection will extend to the rest of their party.
Because of this divine heritage, however; A Dema-Thayde has a greatly reduced amount of freedom when it comes to where they can and can't safely travel to. Fortunately, they are likely to enjoy an unparalleled degree of safety within their derived god's domain.
It is a very dangerous thing for a Dema-Thayde to be Forsaken by their creator, as they will surely attract the attention of malevolent forces seeking to convert or consume them.
Many gods will send their Dema-Thayde out of the regions they hold to themselves often without any given reason.

Creating an Dema-Thayde

The first thing to consider when creating an Dema-Thayde is what devine being they came from. This will affect not just their looks and abilities, but how they are reacted to in the world. For example an Dema-Thayde of Ashura would be revered with the utmost devotion in the Resplendent Empire where Ashura holds dominion. But utterly dammed in the Verden Hammer where Hittasa is Queen over mortality.
It would always be a good port of call to derive your Asimar off a god that has a dominant or tolerated presence in the location of your campaign. Many locations will have a list of recommending gods to used for the purpose of worship or Dema-Thayde creation.
A Dema-Thayde that worships a different god to the one it was born form will slowly transform into an Dema-Thayde of that god.
