Harl Wartooth

Harl Wartooth is the Chief of the Celtic village of Mawatt. He is known as a shrewd warrior and leader, with strong ties to Henarria and a weaker alliance with Immersea in Northern Fultar that was made in Year of Iron 902 (it is now YR 908). Because it inspires fear in his enemies, he has fostered the rumor that his mother was a half-ogre. His wife is Chiefess Claire, who he calls in breeding mule.  However, he sufficiently fears her fury that he avoids the local women, and focuses his non-marital sexual energy on traveling women and both traveling and local men.
