Here, the poor and destitute rub shoulders with wealthy foreign shoppers and merchants, while refugees seek shelter and a better life. Despite the challenges that come with living in the Soul Ring, its considered a place of hope and opportunity for many in Tyras, a symbol of the resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. Scoring high marks in Soul Ring Universities can afford one with enough opportunities in the upper rings.
