The Sovereign Regency of Highspire

Located on the southern tip of the eastern continent, the Regency of Highspire is a small but mighty nation. Their ablooneum technology has allowed them to conquer the skies and begin a rapid expansion, encroaching upon the territory of orcish tribes to the north. Their military is highly advanced and disciplined.
Life in the Regency is safe and comfortable for most. Power is centralized in the hands of the regent, and those who oppose their imperialistic policies quickly find themselves on the wrong side of the law. The Regency is quick to crush all such opposition.
The Regency is named after its capital, Highspire, which in turn is named after the gigantic tower in its center. The tower housed the government and served as an airship port, but was destroyed in 2060.
